Help Promote Healthy Living
Are you interested in sharing your knowledge on nutrition or cooking with a group of clients? We are looking for volunteers who are comfortable in the kitchen and have some knowledge of healthy low-budget cooking.

Ometz runs nutritional workshops and collective kitchens for clients with mental health challenges, and for adolescents and young adults at risk. Most of the groups take place in the evenings at our community centre. Ometz is looking for volunteers who can commit two evenings a month. There is also the opportunity to do grocery shopping with clients in preparation for the workshops.
