Effective co-parenting is the best gift you can give your children. This 4 session group will give you the strategies you need to co-parent successfully and help your children thrive. You will learn positive communication skills, anger management, the importance of being consistent and how to show sensitivity to your child’s needs.

Facilitator Monica Sweeney is a Creative Arts Therapist and Certified Canadian Counsellor with extensive group facilitation experience in professional, educational and community settings. She holds a Masters Degree in Drama Therapy from Concordia University and is currently working towards her Post Graduate Degree in Marriage and Family therapy. Monica is committed towards helping people develop their strength and creative potential while working towards growth and change.
