Angry, bitter, sad, embarrassed? If you have experienced these emotions, this may be just the group you are looking for. This is an interactive 4 session group for women who are going through a separation or have been recently divorced. The group will offer mutual support, sharing and strategies to help manage this challenging transition.

Facilitator Monica Sweeney is a Creative Arts Therapist and Certified Canadian Counsellor with extensive group facilitation experience in professional, educational and community settings. She holds a Masters Degree in Drama Therapy from Concordia University and is currently working towards her Post Graduate Degree in Marriage and Family therapy. Monica is committed towards helping people develop their strength and creative potential while working towards growth and change.
