This 4 session group for girl’s ages 15 – 17 yrs. will inspire girls to be independent and thoughtful. Discussions will focus on the challenges and joys of being a teenager. Topics will include effective ways of managing stress, healthy relationships, self esteem, sexuality, dating and body image.

Facilitator Stefanie Levine-Grant has been facilitating groups for several years. She has designed and facilitated all types of psycho-social intervention and prevention programs working and connecting with hundreds of students at both the elementary and high school levels.  Stefanie specializes in topics such as: sex and sexuality, bullying, risky behaviours, body image and eating disorders.  Stefanie has her Masters degree in Educational Psychology from McGill University.
