Ometz has a long history of providing services in the West Island.  Over the years, our services have adapted to the changing needs of this growing and vibrant community. Ometz provides programs to a diverse population, ranging from families with young children to boomers and their older parents. Our services include information, referral and crisis intervention, counselling for individuals, couples, families and children, career counselling,  parlour meetings, educational workshops on a wide variety of topics including employment and services to schools and day care centres.
