Summer Contract-Marketing Coordinator

Summer Contract - 14 weeks, 35 hours/week

JOB SUMMARY

The Ometz Marketing and Communications Department is seeking a Marketing Coordinator starting May 8, 2023. Under the supervision of the Marketing Director, the chosen candidate will have the opportunity to learn about different marketing strategies and tactics through hands on experience.

Tasks and responsibilities will include:
  • Managing email campaigns and email schedules
  • Database management
  • Social media management
  • Copywriting
  • Client relationship management
  • Public relations and media management
Preferred Background:
  • Enrolled and/or a graduate in a post-secondary program in Communications and sales, Marketing, or similar.
  • Fluently bilingual in English & French. We require English communication skills due to the majority of our clientele being from the English-speaking community.
