An interactive support group for youth aged 15-17 who are challenged by issues related to anxiety. Led by a professional facilitator, this group provides a safe and interactive environment in which teens can share their experiences, support one another and explore coping strategies. Offered in 6 consecutive sessions on Wednesdays, starting on January 25, 2017.
