Ometz school workshops are a powerful tool to help children and teens navigate their preschool, elementary and high school years. We also offer workshops for teachers, school personnel and parents.

Meet our head workshop facilitator, Regina :
Regina graduated from McGill University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She has worked with children and youth of all ages and completed a year-long practicum with teenagers devoted to developing cognitive skills for education and information processing. Since 2020, she has been working with Ometz as an employee, consultant, and volunteer. As of August 2022, she has been working full-time in Ometz’s Groups Department to promote wellness and resilience in the community and within schools while supporting professionals and parents. Regina has been involved in the Jewish community her entire life, and she holds the value of Tikkun Olam as a guiding force in her work.
