If need be, a professional job coach will accompany the new employee to your site to coach him/her to ensure assigned tasks are mastered quickly and efficiently. Ongoing support to both you and your new employee is provided as needed. This program, The Supported Employment Program is funded by Emploi Quebec. Services to the jobseeker include CV help, placement activities, support workshops and on going support on the job.
