This one day workshop outlines the steps to build positive customer service relationships: The seminar is targeted to both managers and front line staff in small, medium and large organizations who wish to develop solid customer service practices. At the end of this workshop the participant will identify and understand:
* Who are the company stakeholders?
* What are your organization's "Moments of Truth" (critical interactions between the organization and customer that leave a lasting positive or negative impression)
* How to handle challenging conversations
* How to deal effectively with the unsatisfied customer
* Mastering the art of saying No (by saying "Yes" to the Person and "No" just to the task)
* The importance of presenting a unified customer service team

This will be an introductory course designed to provide you with the basic understanding of financial accounting, while introducing you QuickBooks software in order to gain a deeper understanding of the accounting system.

This 18-hour training course, taught between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM, consists of six days of 3-hours per day on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of the first week, a second week without classes, and Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of the third week.
Learn how to develop, edit and format basic worksheets and charts, and how to create formulas. Prerequisite: Basic understanding of Windows. Three consecutive days (Monday, Tuesday, Wedneday) 3-hours per day
