Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, relevant Microsoft certification, or equivalent work experience.
A minimum of two years of proven experience as a Help Desk representative in an area of technical support; hands-on experience with current Windows operating systems; familiarity with Macs is a plus.
Superior troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and both written and oral communication skills are required in both official languages.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and guidance within a team environment.
Strong work ethic and the ability to work and react in a multitasking and fast-paced environment.
Able to prioritize and manage time efficiently.
High degree of discretion and confidentiality.
Personal experience and/or knowledge and understanding of the Jewish community is an asset.
